• Once You Have Chosen Your Preferred Tattoo Artist, You Can Drop Us An Email, a WhatsApp or Pop In To The Studio. We Will Set Up A Quick Consult If Necessary. (Bring All Your Ideas And Reference Material Either Printed Or On a Memory Stick)
• We Will Then Make You A Booking And a 50% Deposit Will Be Payable And Serve As A Booking And Design Deposit (This Amount Will Be Deducted From The Final Cost Of Your Tattoo)
o A 50% Deposit Is Required To Secure Your Booking. Designing Will Only Be Done Once The Deposit Is Paid.
o Deposit Must Be Paid Within 24 Hours From Making The Booking Or It Will Automatically Be Released
o Any Appointment Not Cancelled Or Postponed At Least 48 Hours Notice Will Forfeit Deposits Paid
o If A Design Has Been Completed And Initial Acceptance Has Taken Place, Any Changes Will Be Charged For Accordingly

• Vouchers Are Valid For 6 months from Date Of Purchase And a Minimum Of R500 Applies. Vouchers Can Be Bought In Studio
• Vouchers are not redeemable for cash

• The Studio Is Open 6 Days a Week and Sundays by appointment
• 9am To 6pm
• Tuesdays 9am To 10pm
• Late Appointments Will Be At An Additional Cost

• We Will Cover Your Tattoo With Cling Wrap / Plastic Cover
• Leave This On For A Minimum Of 4 Hours, But Not Longer Than The Next Day
• Remove Cover And Wash With Your Hand Using Anti-Bacterial Soap & Warm Water
• Ensure You Remove All The Excess Residual Vaseline, Plasma, & Ink
• Pat Dry With A Piece Of Paper Towel & Allow To Air Dry For Approx. 10 Minutes
• Then Apply a Thin Layer Of Bepanthen or Tattoo Balm
• Do Not Soak Your Tattoo In Water (What Happens To Your Scabs Happens To Tattoos Too)
• Your Tattoo Will Itch. Do Not Scratch It
• Do Not Swim
• Stay Out Of The Sun
• Your Tattoo Will Take a Full Two Months To Heal. The First Week Is The Most Important As It Is Still An Open Wound And Stand a Chance Of Infection If You Do Not Follow These Guidlines Closely

• Bigger Projects: Touch Ups Will Be Done At The Next Session
• Small Pieces: One Round Of Touch Ups Will Be Done Within 6 Months Of Receiving The Tattoo (Waiting Period of 1 Month Applies)
• High Risk: No Touch Ups On Feet or Hands As Risk Was Explained
• Scab damage will be charged to touch up
